OCA Membership Application


Thank you for your interest in joining the Oregon Ceramic Association. The Membership Application is available in word document or pdf format, please download the version you prefer below. In order to keep the Oregon Ceramic Association in good standing we require a $10 application fee and $40 annual dues upon introduction and allowance into the Oregon Ceramic Association.
